Chairman of the Vikings, Heru Joko, considered that the Group of 78 is not the football players. Heru assess the group that carried George Toisutta Arifin Panigoro and should be held responsible if Indonesia FIFA sanctioned.

"They do not know football is and how its impact if Indonesia is hit by sanctions. They did not think about how the fate of artisans shirts for example. They have responsibilities if we are subject to sanctions," said Heru told VIVAnews.com, Sunday, May 22, 2011.
Heru then expressed his support for the Chairman of Normalization, Agum Gumelar, who closed the Congress even though there is no decision.
"Better Pak Agum leave Congress and close it, because the situation was not healthy anymore. Group of 78 was not good, just started it had a lot of interruptions like that. To insist on the nomination of Arifin and George,"said Heru.
